At House of Soha, we put great care into delivering outfits that you’ll truly love. However, we understand that sometimes an exchange or return may still be required, and we’re here to help make the process smooth and hassle-free.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:- Damaged Product: All our products go through quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we’ll gladly assist you with a replacement or refund.
- Size Exchange: If the size doesn’t fit as expected, you may request an exchange for a different size, subject to availability.
- Product Exchange:If you wish to exchange the product for another item, the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- We do not offer returns or refunds for products that are disliked after delivery.
- Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
- Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Conditions for Return & Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange:- The product must be unused and unworn.
- Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- The product should be returned in the same condition as delivered.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer support team with your order details.
- Mention the specific product and reason for the request.
- Once approved, we’ll arrange a return pick-up whenever possible.
- You’ll receive confirmation once the product has been picked up.
Refund Policy
Since we currently accept prepaid orders only:- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used while placing the order.
- Refunds are initiated after the returned product passes quality inspection.
- The refund amount usually reflects within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Important Notes
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- House of Soha reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
- In certain locations, reverse pick-up may not be available. In such cases, customers may be requested to self-ship the product.
